Broker & Business Development Manager (M/F/D)

to join our Team

​

Your tasks:

​

• Manage and develop customer accounts with direct responsibility for negotiating and executing sales transactions from start-to-finish

• Project management and acquisition

• Tender management

• Develop and sustain close relationships with clients, key stakeholders and senior counterparties in the industry

• Analyze competitor strategies and behaviors

• Constructively challenge the status quo and actively develop and implement new strategies, ideas and initiatives to create further growth and a valuable service for our business partners

 

Your profile:

​

• 3-5 years of work experience in the maritime and energy industry, preferably downstream oil and/or renewables, university degree is a plus but not mandatory

• Proven track record and client portfolio

• Strong analytical mind with ability to analyze complex problems and quickly get to heart of topics/issues

• Intuitive focus to identify and realize continuous improvements

• Instinctive business acumen and deep understanding of profitability drivers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with natural gravitas towards teamwork

• Complete fluency in English, any other language is a plus

• Solid IT & presentation skills
